ABOUT

Zachary Zemliak, MS, CMPC

Zachary Zemliak was born in Southern California and raised in an endless number of sports arenas, including tracks, fields, and pools. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, where he also played water polo at the Division I level. His experiences as an athlete and coach lead him to understand that peak performance hinges on well-roundedness. This led him to complete a Master's of Science in Sports and Human Performance Psychology at Adler University.

As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (CMPC), Zachary has dedicated his career to working with athletes and performers at various levels and in many areas. This has included youth, collegiate, professional athletes, and the tactical population in the Army.

Having recently moved to the Anchorage area, Zachary is likely enjoying the Alaskan winter and training for his next endurance adventure.
